Young Bards of the Australian Shakespeare Company enjoy Abbotsfordhall

The first week of the School Holliday Program “Shakespeare Mosh Pit 1.0” presented by the Australian Shakespeare Company has been a great success.
The second day of the second program has just started.
The program is attended by school age children. “Through drama games, story-telling, improvisation, script writing, movement and song, participants will develop skills in acting, writing, communication, interpretation and self evaluation. Young Bards will have the opportunity to experience Shakespeare’s language, interpret characters and recreate the stories in their own words. Following the Victorian
Essential Learning Standards for Primary and Early Secondary students, this week of classes provides a memorable and upbeat introduction to Shakespeare.”
