Some Positive Feedback for the City of Yarra

We all love to hate our local councils, and often with good reason.. however, we should also noted when they do something good...

I recently sent the below email to a council representative

Just some quick positive feed back on City of Yarra program of offering recycling bins to commercial premises. Collingwood Masonic Centre purchased 2 recycling wheelie bins from Yarra in Nov 2012. Since that time Councils program has diverted 10s of 1,000's of litres of glass, paper, plastic and cardboard from land fill into recycling.

It's a great program and well done to City of Yarra for offering recycling bins to (semi) commercial premises like ours.

Well done to the City of Yarra !
