I've got two people who have inquired on the same date which I have confirmed is available.

The first was few weeks ago, and I asked for billing details, which have not been supplied and messages not returned. I've since had another contact looking for the same date advising I have an inquiry but no invoice has been issued.

The message is - be familiar with our bookings process. It is there to protect us, but also to assist hirers and create a clear process to locking in booking.

We've never double booked our space.

Please remember - an inquiry is not a booking !
